High density apartment development to finish out an existing uncompleted scheme. Located close to Coolmine train station and other services in the Blanchardstown area. The scheme comprises apartments up to seven storeys in height arranged around two courtyards and includes the use of an unfinished underground car park. Construction commenced in 2020. The building structure is precast-concrete with brick, render, stone and metal cladding finishes. It includes a communal heating system, heat pump technology. It delivers a high number of quality homes adjacent to public transport and close to local shops and schools. The development completes a previously unfinished scheme delivering a large public open space and a length of greenway.
