Brian Joined MCORM in 2015, having been a Director with a large commercial practice in Dublin for 14 years. Brian brought considerable experience in complex mixed use, commercial, retail, leisure and educational projects such as Heuston South Quarter/Eircom Building, Radisson Hotel, Temple Bar West End, Townsend St. Pool and Apartments and NUIG Science Research Bundle.

Brian heads up the Commercial Sector in MCORM and has delivered on a number of successful projects including the Fit out of the AXA HQ (Wolfe Tone House), Trinity College Arts building, TD Securities and MHC fit outs.

Brian also leads an experienced team, focusing on the delivery of both High-Density Residential schemes and social and affordable housing schemes. His experience in leading Design Teams, contract administration, construction drawings & detailing and BCARS compliance is invaluable to the practice.

Mark joined MCORM in 2005 working his way to Associate and Associate Director positions, before being appointed as a Director in 2023. Mark has been instrumental in the delivery of a number of high-profile residential projects through Dublin and the surrounding counties, at the construction stage, including Honey Park & Cualanor in Dun Laoghaire, and the Charlemont Regeneration Scheme in Dublin 2.

Stephen is a consultant with the Practice after serving as Director for 27 years. Widely acknowledged and respected as a thought leader within the residential sector, his new role will focus on innovations in urban design and master planning which will result from new approaches to compact growth. Gary is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Consultant. Having trained in practice, he has gained considerable experience working with professional services companies through a range of industries. He joined MCORM as Financial Controller in 2019 as was promoted to Finance Director in 2022. He is responsible for the financial management of the practice, working closely with the Directors.

David joined MCORM in 2013. He has a strong interest in design and has secured planning permission for a number of high-profile residential schemes ranging from lower to High Density. Davids team is also involved in the delivery of schemes at post planning stage and has recently completed schemes in Adamstown, St, Edmunds and Drumnigh. He has a Masters in Building Energy and Analysis Technology which is invaluable in practice throughout the design process. David carries out the role of Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier and has successfully completed a number of projects under the BCAR system.

Patrick joined MCORM in 2015. Prior to joining MCORM he worked as an Associate Director in a large commercial Practice for 21 years following graduation from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 1994.

Patrick has completed a variety of residential, mixed use, educational and student accommodation developments during his career. He has developed a keen interest in master planning and in urban design and is currently leading the design development of a number of large scale projects for the Practice . He has built up considerable experience in the design of residential schemes with varying scales and complexity ranging from infill housing schemes to large scale master plans. These projects have been delivered by Patrick at a variety of locations in Dublin, London, Poland and Romania.

Tony joined MCORM in 1997 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2007. Tony manages MCORM’s Architectural office in Tullamore, which was opened in 2000. Tony has extensive experience in the design and construction on a broad range of residential and commercial sector projects gained both domestically and internationally, from design inception through to completion. His proven skills in the collaboration, coordination, and delivery of construction information, has led him to being an invaluable member of the MCORM team.

Ben joined MCORM in 2016. Ben has worked on several large-scale residential projects and efficiently coordinated multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of the high level of construction information with which MCORM has become synonymous.  With a keen understanding of Building Regulations and detailing, Ben is well placed to liaise with clients and consultants at all stages of the construction process. Ben brought a wealth of experience to the team from his time in London, where he worked on high end residential and commercial projects.

Conor joined MCORM in 2018 and is based in our Tullamore Office. He was promoted to an Associate position in 2022. He specialises in the post planning project management of medium and large-scale developments. With extensive experience and a keen interest in alternative building mythologies, he has collaborated with clients in exploring alternative technologies and materials to aid in construction delivery. Working closely with construction and design teams, he promotes good practice as well as implementing high standards of detailing and finishing.  

He has also worked with various Local Authorities in the role of Employers Representative and Contract Administrator. This has led to the delivery of housing through complex Public Works Contracts.

Immacolata joined MCORM in 2018 as a Senior Architect and was promoted to an Associate position in 2022. Graduating in Italy, before moving to Bulgaria and subsequently Ireland, Immacolata has developed expertise in a diverse range of projects, including residential buildings and masterplans. She comfortably liaises with clients and design team consultants, managing the project from inception through the planning application process. Immacolata faces challenges with a tenacious and inquisitive approach, utilising her design and technical skills.

Lauren joined MCORM in 2018 and became a registered architect in 2023 following her completion of Professional Diploma from UCD. She has a strong interest in master planning and urban design and is currently leading the design development of several large-scale projects for the firm. Lauren adeptly collaborates with clients and skilfully leads the coordination of projects from initial concept design through the planning process. Paul joined MCORM in 2017 following 10 years working in North America. Sean joined MCORM in 2016. He has extensive experience with Residential Design and Construction. Sean has delivered planning permission for a number of residential schemes in the office. Sean is also a key member of the post planning team within the office. Sean carries out the role of Design Certifier and Assigned Certifier and has successfully completed a number of projects under the BCAR system.

Passionate Architect and Urban Designer with experience in the public sector, at Zaragoza City Council, Spain, working in public realm design, housing and regeneration schemes leaded by the local authority, and in the private sector in both Spain and Ireland. Since joining MCORM Architecture and Urban Design in 2021, he has worked as urban designer, project architect and design team lead for residential and mixed-use developments during feasibility and planning stages. In March 2024, he was appointed Urban Design Lead, overseeing large-scale residential and mixed-use masterplanning projects for both private and public clients for the practice and coordinating its emerging Urban Design Department.

In addition to his professional work, he lectures on Smart City courses, covering topics such as Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, and the application of technologies like BIM/CIM and GIS to enhance the management and design of the built environment. His academic and research activities keep him abreast of current urban trends and solutions, which he aims to adapt seamlessly and apply effectively in Ireland, in the context of a changing planning and urban design paradigm aiming for more sustainable and compact development and town regeneration.
