Our Work

The Tuairin site is part of a larger permitted development in the Roscam area. The overall development on these lands is divided into two areas. The original Réileán phase to the east is accessed from the Doughiska Road and Tuairin to the west is accessed from the Oranmore Coast Road to the south.

The scheme lies nestled in the Wicklow countryside in the town of Ashford.

This scheme on the attendant lands of Diswellstown House (a protected structure) provides a mix of 3, 4, and 5 bedroomed terraced, semi-detached, and detached family homes.

Thormanby Hill is a housing development of 32 houses all of which are large 5 bedroom detached houses (312sq.m) with large private garden area.

Ashwood Hall & Brookfield residential development is located south of Back Road Malahide.

This development consists of a mix of three/four/five bedroom two and three storey family houses plus a two storey creche facility on lands located to the to the north-western development boundary of Blanchardstown in the townland of Hollywoodrath, Hollystown, Dublin 15.
